What are your shipping rates?
Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $100 within North America.
For orders less than $100. Pay a flat fee of $5.00 and for International order pay a flat fee of $34.99 CAD.
How can I determine what size of Sillies I need to order?
Please refer to our sizing chart for product measurements. Please ensure that you compare your shoe size before placing an order.
What is the warranty policy on your products?
We offer a 1-year warranty for all manufacturing defects on our Sillies. Normal wear and tear are not included in our warranty. If you have an issue with your Sillies, please email or contact our customer service team.
What do I do if I ordered the wrong size?
We will gladly exchange it for you and assist you to make sure we send you the correct size. Please email our team with a copy of your order and they will be able to assist you.
What’s your return policy?
We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from www.sillies If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item for an exchange or a refund within 30 days from the date of delivery. All products can only be returned if unused, in perfect condition, in their original package.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are processed within 1- 2 business days.
Expected delivery time with standard shipping is 2-8 business days across Canada and 3 to 10 days across United States.
How do I unsubscribe from any of your mailing lists?
Hit the unsubscribe button at the bottom of any Sillies promotion email you’ve received. Alternatively, feel free to contact us by email and one of our Customer Care representatives will unsubscribe you from our email list.
