Are you open during the COVID19 pandemic?

Yes, both our head office and our distribution center are fully operational. We are in compliance with current security regulations and safety measures.

How can I determine the size of my Sillies?

Please refer to our sizing chart for product measurements. Please ensure that you compare your shoe size before placing an order.

Can we return the product if we are not satisfied?

Yes, you can return products free of charge within 30 days from date of purchase.

After 30 days, we will accept your return for an additional 10 days (for a total of 40 days),

in its original packaging, but a fee of $5.00 will be deducted from the refund.

Are you looking for influencers, professional bloggers to promote your products?

If you are a professional product influencer or a social media influencer, we would like to send you free samples in exchange for an honest product evaluation! To be eligible, you must have a significant number of followers on your social media account. In general, we require an influencer with a minimum of 15,000 followers on Instagram or Facebook. Bloggers are welcome as long as you have a large client base or subscribers. If you are interested, please email us at customercare@sillies.ca.

What is the warranty policy on your products?

1-year warranty for all manufacturing defects.

Do you offer wholesale options/prices for retailers and distributors?

We absolutely do. If you are interested in our products, please email us at customercare@sillies.ca and we will send you the wholesale price list and request form for dealers.

Are taxes included in the price?

Taxes will be calculated at the time of the order and will be taken into account according to your location.

How long will it take to receive my order? (UPDATED FROM COVID19)

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Delivery time may vary by region.

Disclaimers

While every endeavor has been made to accurately reproduce colors, there may be minor variations in color of the actual product because of the nature of the fabric and difference in display output due to lighting and digital photography and color settings and capabilities of monitors. We try extremely hard to ensure our photos are as life-like as possible, but please understand the actual color may vary slightly from your monitor. We cannot guarantee that the color you see accurately portrays the true color of the product and that there may be slight variances. To review our products in life-like scenarios, we recommend you looking at our look-book as well as our social media pages to view additional product photos. We have thousands of customers showing our gear off in different lighting, settings and places to help you make the best judgement.
